About Pam
Hi! My name is Pam. I am Mom to two adult children and am “like a mom” to two additional young adults who have experienced developmental extensive trauma. I have had many ups and downs as a parent. I wish I had learned the Connected Families framework when my kids were young- it would have made parenting more effective and my connection with my kids stronger. But I am thankful that today, partly due to my own work through this framework, I enjoy connected, although not perfect, relationships with my kids.
I work with parents...
…who want a more connected relationship with their children
.…who are struggling with challenging behaviors in their children
.…who have a typical family
.…who are parenting kids from hard places (adoption, foster care, and other developmental trauma)
.…who want to make deliberate choices about how they want to parent.

Mom of 2 Boys
Before coaching, we felt frustrated, lost, extremely judged, and clueless in terms of strategies to deal with different behavior. Now we feel equipped, closer to our kids, and we have a better understanding of them. We are enjoying our boys!”
I would recommend Pam to other parents! Our experience was wonderful! My biggest problem with parenting classes is feeling judged. I felt no judgment from Pam, just complete understanding. We learned different ways to resolve problems and had the opportunity to try new techniques.
Parent Coaching definitely helped my husband and I hone in our approach with our kids and be on the same page, while also identifying individual growth areas for each of us to work on. These tools are a great relief to have throughout the journey of parenthood!
